TASTE THE DIFFERENCEAll of our cooking is done in our custom-built, 1000 degree anthracite coal-burning oven for a taste unlike anything you have ever experienced. Our sauce is made from scratch with Italian Plum tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic for true old-world fresh tomato taste. We use only the best mozzarella available and we are so picky about taste that we filter all of the water used for our dough and beverages.
